TRAINING OBJECTIVES: At the end of this educational offering, participants will be able to:

  1. Identify at least 1 key variation in presenting symptoms for select DSM 5 diagnostic categories
  2. Select age appropriate screening tools based on diagnostic category
  3. ID key variations when assessing for suicide in older adults.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS: Continuing Education Credits will be awarded to Missouri Social Workers, Licensed Professional Counselors and Missouri Addiction Counselors at the completion of the lecture. A Certificate of Attendance verifying 1.5 CEs will be awarded to other disciplines to submit to their respective licensing boards.
