CenterPointe of Rolla Hosts Open House and Ribbon Cutting for New Outpatient Clinic

CenterPointe of Rolla Open House Ribbon Cutting

ROLLA, MO – CenterPointe of Rolla Outpatient Clinic hosted an Open House and Ribbon Cutting by the Rolla Area Chamber of Commerce on March 18, 2021. The opening of this outpatient clinic is CenterPointe’s response to the many providers, youth agencies, educators and others in the Greater Rolla area who identified a need for more intensive outpatient therapy services for adolescents. Now, more than ever, adolescents are experiencing elevated levels of stress, loneliness, sadness, fear, worry, grief and loss – partly due to being isolated at home and separated from friends and school during COVID-19.

CenterPointe of Rolla Outpatient Clinic will provide partial hospitalization program (PHP) services which treat mental health and substance abuse issues in an outpatient setting. In partial hospitalization, the patient continues to reside at home and typically attends PHP for several hours per day, Monday through Friday.

The outpatient clinic will begin with an evening PHP for adolescents which makes it possible for adolescents to attend school during the day and participate in PHP in the afternoon & evening. The partial hospitalization program will help adolescents develop effective skills to deal with the challenges they face, leading to a happier, healthier life.

CenterPointe looks forward to collaborating with area providers to expand the continuum of care for adolescent treatment services.
